The Cube Challenges Plan de Campagne is an Action Game in which you will have access to 29 challenges divided into 4 categories:

Physical - Logic - Dexterity - Horror

PLAYER ENTRY

Access to the game area is only allowed to players who have purchased an entry ticket, which is personal and non-transferable. All team participants must accept the game access conditions and attend the introduction briefing before entering the game zone.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. For children under 10, access is restricted to 4 of our rooms as a precaution. Children under 7 will not be allowed to participate in the games.

Players who have finished their game time must exit the game area promptly by following the marked exit doors.

Cube Challenges staff reserves the right to deny entry or expel anyone behaving inappropriately and disrupting players or staff.

Players expelled from the premises for the above reasons will not be entitled to any refund.

PHYSICAL CONDITION AND HEALTH STATUS

Access to the game is allowed only to individuals in proper physical and psychological condition. Players under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be admitted.

Players weighing 130 kg (287 lbs) or more will not be able to participate in some games as a precaution; this will be indicated directly in our rooms. For safety reasons, access to our games is not recommended for pregnant women. Players will be required to wear silicone wristbands during their game session; it is the player’s responsibility to inform staff of any potential allergies.

LOCKER USE

All players will have the opportunity to use the free lockers provided by the establishment before entering the game area.

The Cube Challenges and its team are not responsible for clothes or belongings left in lockers, even if locked.

It is not permitted to leave clothes and/or items in the lockers after leaving the premises.

PROHIBITIONS

Inside the game area, it is strictly prohibited:

RECOMMENDED CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR

Although there is no specific dress code, comfortable clothing is recommended.

It is strictly forbidden to play without shoes.

It is also not allowed to play in slippers, flip-flops, or high heels.

RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES AND OTHER PLAYERS

Players must respect our premises and the equipment available in our facility so they remain in perfect working order for future use.

Any damage to equipment or game objects will be charged to the responsible person(s).

All individuals present in our premises, whether playing or not, agree not to behave disrespectfully and/or unlawfully. Any behavior endangering the safety or integrity of the player and/or others will not be tolerated.

LIABILITY

The Cube Challenges declines all responsibility in the event of damage caused to persons or property, including misuse of facilities, materials, or equipment. Participants acknowledge they are fully aware of the risks, whether foreseeable or not, associated with the activities offered.

The Cube Challenges cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to personal belongings, nor for any material or immaterial harm, nor for any expenses (including legal fees) that may result from participation in our games and activities.

In the event of injury, the involved player or their teammates must promptly inform staff, who will investigate the possible causes of the incident.

Any injury claim made after leaving the premises without prior notification to the Cube Challenge staff will be considered null and void. Players must strictly comply with these provisions and any others communicated to them within the establishment.

MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATION

Any change in the number of participants must be communicated to CUBE CHALLENGES before the date of the service. The change must be confirmed by CUBE CHALLENGES. In case of cancellation by the Client, the refund conditions are as follows:

- Full refund of the deposit if the cancellation occurs at least 1 calendar day before the event.

- No refund if the cancellation occurs less than 1 calendar day before the event.

CUBE CHALLENGES reserves the right to cancel the service at any time before the reservation date in the event of force majeure. CUBE CHALLENGES will then offer another date or refund the unfulfilled service. CUBE CHALLENGES reserves the right to assign its game rooms based on bookings.
